The Mommy Blogger Tribe had its second annual HOJO of Anaheim takeover and YOU can enjoy all the fun too (see below for details)! We have been enjoying mini-getaways and mini-staycations and they are the little breaks we need between work, school and everything in between, we needed a little more play! Stacy had been looking forward to the Castaway Cove Water Playground and I know your kids will love it too. Jason got to hang out in the kiddie pool area. Worth noting that reservations are required for the Castaway Cove Water Playground and are available for one 2-hour time slot per day for families of up to 5 people per room. Reservations are open 30 days prior to your check-in date, so be sure to reserve your spot before you arrive, during the summer it gets busy.
After checking in, we were welcomed by Sunstaches for a fun pool party with donuts and some fun Sunstashes (cool shades for the kids). We got goodie bags with swag for the Mamis and kids! Some of the staycation sponsors included SPLATZ! by @onefunco a super fun hand soap that Stacy wants to take everywhere. A @tubbytodd sun stick that makes it easy for Stacy to apply her own sunscreen and great dream cream a soothing and hydrating lotion that came in handy after our Pool Party!
The next day, The Mommy Blogger Tribe hosted all members and our families to a light breakfast of yogurt parfait and @gogosqueez for the kids. We also got an exclusive sneak peek inside HoJo’s newest suite “House of The Retro Future” open to the public late summer 2022! Can’t wait to stay in that suite!!!
We were hosted at a very spacious Deluxe queen room in Building #2. The rooms there are newly renovated and have views of the Garden Pool. Every room has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker that I took full advantage of.
The hotel is 8 minutes away from Disneyland and although you can take the shuttle, it is much faster to walk. We walked to Downtown Disney for lunch and dinners.
After dinner we were able to enjoy watching the fireworks from our hotel.
