Muchas personas me han estado preguntando: “Que es exactamente un Vision o Dream Board y para que es”? 

Aquí un poco mas sobre lo que es y cómo hacer un Vision o Dream Board!

Según el popular libro The Secret, “La ley de la atracción está formando toda tu experiencia de vida y lo está haciendo a través de tus pensamientos. Cuando estás visualizando, estás emitiendo una frecuencia poderosa al Universo”.

Cuando haces un Visión/Dream board y lo colocas donde lo veas a menudo, al final terminas haciendo ejercicios de visualización cortos durante todo el día.

Ahora, los pasos a seguir para crear tu propio Vision/Dream board:

⭐️ Primero, identifica tus deseos y escoge imágenes que representen esos deseos.

Cuando vez tus deseos en el Vision/Dream board, dejan de ser simplemente una idea y se convierten en algo real, porque lo tienes delante de ti. Obviamente, no es solamente el acto de visualización la que te lleva a lograr tus metas pero si te ayuda a enfocarlo y recordarlo siempre. 

⭐️ Antes de comenzar, hazte las siguientes preguntas y comprométete.

¿Qué deseas verdaderamente? 

 Piensa en:

✅ tus valores

✅ Objetivos profesionales

✅ Vida familiar

✅ Vida amorosa

✅ Salud y bienestar

✅ Cómo pasas tu tiempo libre

✅ Lo que quieres aprender o crecer

⭐️ ¿Qué tipo de imágenes usarás (fotografías impresas o reales)?  ¿Y en dónde las obtendrás?

 Por ejemplo:

✅Recortes de periódicos

✅ Recortes de revistas

 ✅Fotografías

 ✅Páginas de un libro.

 ✅Folletos / panfletos / volantes

⭐️ Decoración y adornos 

✅ calcomanías

✅ letras

⭐️ ¡ Crea tu Vision/Dream board! 

 Para este paso, sé lo más creativo posible! 

Depende totalmente de ti si tú visión/Dream board es simple y literal o complicado y metafórico.  Recorta tus imágenes y cuenta una historia o crea un collage de imágenes que te llamen.

 Lo que importa es que las imágenes reflejen tus deseos.

⭐️ Una vez que haya creado su Visión/Dream board, colóquelo en un área que vea todos los días.

Un vision/Dream board no solo es un bonito recordatorio de lo que realmente quieres en la vida, sino que es una motivación para lograr tus objetivos.

Many people have asked me: “What exactly is a Vision or Dream Board and what is it for?”

Following, a bit more about what a Vision/Dream board is and how to make yours!

According to the popular book The Secret, “The law of attraction is forming your whole life experience and is doing it through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency to the Universe.”

When you do a Vision / Dream board and place it where you see it often, you end up doing short visualization exercises throughout the day.

Now, the steps to follow to create your own Vision / Dream board:

⭐️ First, identify your dreams and choose images that represent them.

When you see your dreams on the Vision / Dream board, they stop being just an idea and become something real, because you have it in front of you. Obviously, it is not only the act of visualization that leads you to achieve your goals but it does help you focus and always remember them.

⭐️ Before you begin, ask yourself the following questions and commit yourself.

What do you really want?

 Think about:

✅ your values

✅ Professional objectives

✅ Family life

✅ Love life

✅ Health and well-being

✅ How do you spend your free time

✅ What you want to learn or grow

⭐️ What type of images will you use (printed or real photographs)? And where will you get them?

 For example:

✅ Newspaper clippings

✅ Magazine clippings

 ✅Photographs

 ✅ Book pages.

 ✅ Brochures / pamphlets / flyers

⭐️ Decoration and ornaments

✅ stickers

✅ letters

⭐️ Create your Vision / Dream board!

 For this step, be as creative as possible!

Cut out your images and tell a story or create a collage of images that call you. It is totally up to you if your vision / Dream board is simple and literal or complicated and metaphorical.

 What matters is that the images reflect your dreams in some way.

⭐️ Once you have created your Vision / Dream board, place it in an area you see every day.

A vision / Dream board is not only a nice reminder of what you really want in life, but it is a motivation to achieve your goals.
