Pediatric dentistry

According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, your precious baby should visit a pediatric dentist when the first tooth comes in, usually between 6 and 12 months of age.

Personally, we felt that was way too early and waited until after her 1st birthday. We had a friend recommend a very kid-friendly place in the city of Downey, Dr. Scott A. Fishman, Pediatric Dental Arts. At her 15 months, we are just waiting for 4 baby teeth to come in! Our princess loved the waiting room full of games and very kid-friendly. She was a bit scared once we went into the exam room and actually cried the whole time. The Pediatric Dentist explained how to care for her teeth and to make sure we don’t allow her to fall asleep with the bottle. Brushing at this point at least twice a day (morning and before bedtime) and begin to create good dental hygiene habits.

This logo the Pediatric Dentist wears is from Pediatric Dental Arts. I think you should list the website. That is where we take our children. drscottfishman.com
